Biography

Elsie Victoria Hill (married name de Hugard) was born around 1886, the daughter of Fanny Hill and Robert Hill.^[1]

She married Vaughan de Hugard in 1907 in Victoria.^[2] Their children were:^[3]

• Keith de Hugard (1908?–1986)
• Rex de Hugard (1911–?)
• May Clement Hill de Hugard (1913?–1946)

Vaughan died in 1962.^[4]

Elsie died in 1977 in Echuca, Victoria, aged 91.^[1]
