BENJAMIN HILL was born at Kittery on 2 July 1703 son of Samuel Hill and Elizabeth Williams.[1]
Benjamin married MARY NEAL, daughter of Andrew and Catherine (Furbush) Neal[2] at Kittery on 12 January 1726.[3]
Benjamin and Mary were parents of 13 children born at Kittery.[4][5]
Benjamin Hill of Kittery wrote his will 7 May 1785 and it was proved 23 December 1788. The will includes bequests to his beloved wife Mary, sons James, John, Andrew, and Benjamin and daughters Eunice Shackly, Mary Shute, Katharine Nowell, Elizabeth Hodge, Anna Adams, and the children of daughter Abigail Moody, deceased.[6]
Real estate was 57 acres valued at £190 and total estate value was £268.7.4.
