Dorothy Hill was born in California in 1938 and has 4 sisters and a brother.
She graduated from St Rose Academy and worked as a fraud investigator for Bank of America.
She married X Phillips and had 2 sons, Gregory and Christopher.
Her second husband was Patrick Francis Hourican who she met at the Irish Cultural Center. They married in 1976 and she acquired 2 step children aged 5 and 9.
Dorothy did volunteer work for 2 charities and enjoyed gardening.
She was widowed in February 1995 and passed away from cancer in 2016.
