Edgar Andrew Hill was born on 17 Oct 1918 in Crawfordsville, Montgomery County, Indiana, United States, son of Edgar Andrew Hill (1886 - 1953) and Margaret Edda (Hallam) Hill (1884 - 1966).

He married Marjorie Ecker.^[1]

Edgar died on 13 Sep 1999 in Strongsville, Cuyahoga County, Ohio aged 80.^[2]
