Biography

Daisy (Hill) Oglesby is a part of US Black heritage.

Daisy was born about 1899 in Rappahannock, Virginia. She was the daughter of Oscar Hill and Bertie Kilby. She married Fred Jackson in 1919 in Washington, DC and had one son with him before they divorced in 1945. She married Lenwood Oglesby, a widower, in 1952 in Lynchburg, Virginia. She passed away in 1973 in Lynchburg.
