"Robert James Hill, age 82, of Parma, passed away Feb. 13, 2013, at Parma Hospital.
He was born Aug. 12, 1930, in Fairport Harbor to Aileen (Photo) and William Hill.
Mr. Hill was a resident of Painesville for many years before moving to Parma.
Robert was a member of the Deaf Club of Cleveland. He enjoyed fishing and riding his bike. He loved recycling metal.
Survivors are his wife, Linda (Dybzinski), whom he married Aug. 9, 1986; daughter, Amy Freeman of Parma; son, Andy Freeman of Cleveland; grandson, Lukas Freeman; and sister, Dorothy Battelley of Willoughby.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Richard and Donald Hill.
Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Potti Funeral Home, 1009 Mentor Ave., Painesville. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery." [1]
