Thaddeus Hill was born in Massachusetts.

Thaddeus, the eldest of seven children of Paul Hill and Dorcas Wilson was born on 5 Jul 1769 at Billerica, Massachusetts.^[1]

Marriage and Children

Thaddeus married Sarah Harrington (1776-1819) on 8 June 1798 at Billerica, MA, ^[2]They had three children born at Billerica:

1. Ives Hill (13 Sep 1798; d. 31 Oct 1865, Boston, MA)^[3][4]
2. Achsah Hill (b. 5 Jul 1800; d. 28 Apr 1875, Boston, MA)^[5][6]
3. Sally Hill (b. 21 Mar 1804; d. 10 Jul 1881, Boston, MA)^[7][8]

Sally (Harrington) Hill died on 18 September 1858 at Boston.^[9]

Death
