It may be possible to confirm family relationships with George by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with George:

Hillary-132 and Hillary-72 do not represent the same person because: There are many George Hillary and the George Hillary born 1821 is likely to be son of Emma and George and this may be a father and son situation

Hillary-132 and Hillary-72 appear to represent the same person because: Hi Ed, I believe these are one and the same. Daughter Caroline Hillary was born to George and his second wife Elizabeth Jane Bright (who was 21 years his junior, had a son George so was probably a widow).

Caroline Hillary married William Brown in 1868 in St George Hanover Square, London, England and had about 10 children, most of them had the middle name Hillary. I think she may have passed away in 1895 in Hampshire, England.
