Mary Hillerson/Hullardson was born circa 1548, most likely in or near the city of London, England.
She was married to Richard Maye in the Saint Mary Le Bow Church at London, England on January 25, 1562.[1] Richard Maye and Mary Hillardson were the parents of the following known children, who were baptized at the All Hallows Bread Street church in London:

Marie Hillersdon (or Hullardson) was the daughter of John Hillersdon of Membland, Devon.[12]
She married Richard May (or Maye), merchant taylor of London, on 25 January 1562/3 at St Mary le Bow, London.[13]
In 1581 her husband purchased the manor of Rawmere, also known as Mid Lavant, in Sussex. Her husband died in about 1587 and their eldest son, Richard, succeeded to his father's estate at Rawmere.[14]
In 1590 her son Richard transferred the manor of Rawmere to her and she is recorded as holding courts of the manor until 1617.[14]
She died in about 1619.
Her will was proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury on 22 January 1619.[15]
