Harry was born on 24 Sep 1899 in Columbia Township to Herbert Hillard and Louise Wangerin.[1] Harry was staying with family in ND when he was out hunting, pulled his rifle over a fence and accidently shot himself in the leg. His leg was amputated but he got gangrene and died on 9 Oct 1914 in Valley City, Barnes, ND.[2] He was buried on 10 Oct 1914 in Lengby City Cemetery.[3]
