ZERVIAH HILLMAN was born about 1712, in Chilmark, Massachusetts, the child of JOHN and RUTH COTTLE. She married JOHN COTTLE, her cousin, on January 6, 1731, in her hometown. They had at least one child during their marriage. She died on July 22, 1801, having lived a long life of 89 years.
