Biography

Andrew John Hills was born^[1] and died in the June quarter of 1888.^[2] He was the son of John Hills and Martha Hart. He died at 55, Alexander Street, West Ham and was buried in the East London Cemetery, Grange Road, Plaistow on June 9, 1888.^[3] Although the letter says he was 12 months, he was in fact less than three months as both he birth and death were listed in the June quarter of 1888. He was John and Martha's first child, but they went on to have five more children who survived childhood.
