Calvin A. Hills
VESPER -- A former Vesper resident and village clerk, Calvin A. Hlls, 78, of Crystal, Minn., died Sunday at North Medical Center in Robbinsdale, Minn.

Mr. Hills was born Dec. 22, 1898 in Wisconsin and he and his wife, Freda, lived in Vesper for more than 30 years. He was the former manager of Sanna Dairies in Vesper and a member of the Vesper Lions club and Businessmen's Club. They moved to Minnesota in August.

Survivors are his wife; one son Dr. Dale Hills of Golden Valley, Minn; two brothers, Harold of Loyal and Charles of Milwaukee; one sister, Mrs. Delanea Coates of Almond; one granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren.^[1]
