Note: Based on handwritten letter, Aaron and his unmarried daughter Mary were living in Portage Co, OH in 1832. He also appears in the 1850 Portage Co, OH census, at age 73 living with daughter Mabel and son-in-law, Milo Stough who was a tailor.
Note by CP Bell in Natl Genealogical Quarterly states that only Harriet, Julia, Saloma and Mabbel left descendants.
In addition to Garry Booth in the 1850 Portage Co, Randolph Co, OH, other family listings include Wm and Lucinda Harrington, Edwin and Nancy Stedman, Almon Coe's family (no David Coe), Milo and Mabel Stough with Aaron Hine-73; Alvan and Cyntha Seward. (no Amos).
The following were missing in the Portage Co, Randolph Twp census: E. Carter (only Erastus-74 b. CT -possibly the father of E. Carter); Caleb Carlton, David Coe, Amos Seward. They may have died or lived elsewhere.

(Natl Genealogical Society, Washington, DC) CONT Text: The Bible was the property of Mrs. Mary Hine Carter, wife of Elbert Victor Carter, Major in US Army, Civil War, who resided at Elkader, IA (published in 1851) and is owned by Mrs. Bonar Bell, Washington D.C. This record is of especial value as it corrects the Hitchcok Genealogy, Matthias and Luke, p. 74, where Bethiah Hitchcock is recorded as having married "Aaron King." It should read Aaron Hine. CONT Timothy Hitchock served as a private in the Rev. War and was father of the Bethiah Hitchcock mentioned in this Bible record, and he was a descendant of Matthias Hitchcock, New Haven Conn. 1639, Founder and Signer of the Fundamental Agreement of the New Haven Colony, 1639. The line of David Coe (see Marriages ) is a Rev. War line, etc. and the Caleb Carlton goes back to Edward of Rowley, Mass (DFPA). I have the Burton family line in the handwriting of of Mary Hine Carter whose husband, Major Carter came from the Burton Family. C.C.P.B. Washington DC Feb 28, 1930. (article certified by Notary Public who certified the copy from original Bible.) CONT CONT Bible is written by Mary HIne Carter.
