Carcoar Grazier Found Dead
Mr. Peter Hines, a well-known grazier of the Lyndhurst district and a member of the Carcoar Land Board, was found dead near Lyndhurst. The matter was reported to the local coroner, Mr. R. Melville, and he and Constable Stapleton proceeded to
Lyndhurst, and after an examination
of the locality, the body was brought
into the Carcoar District Hospital morgue. An Inquest is to be held later.
NOTE--Coroner found that Peter died from "strichnine poisoning, self administered" at "Silent Dale" near Lyndhurst, aged 49 .POB stated as Lyndhurst.
