William was born in 1802. He passed away in 1842.
William Hinkle: William, the third child of Christopher and Sarah Keyser Hinkle, was born in Jefferson [sic] Co., OH Jan. 6 1802. He married Sarah Giffin, dau. of George and Nancy Milligan Giffen, at Belmont Co, OH April 12, 1825. William and Sally were the parents of six children.

NOTE: Belmont County was formed in 1801 out of parts of the older Jefferson and Washington counties so William was born in Belmont County.
