John C. Hinkle was born on March 10, 1862 in Lawrence County, Kentucky. His parents were John Hinkle (1821 - 1883) and Elizabeth (Crum) Hinkle (1828 - 1904).
In 1870 He lived in Lawrence County, Kentucky, United States with his parents and 6 siblings. [1]
John married Marcina Wells (1862 - 1933).
Their son was John Critton Hinkle (1886 - 1969).
John died in 1895 in Martin County.
