Priscilla was born in 1756. She and Moses Haskell, Jr. published their intent to marry on December 26, 1779, and were married on January 12, 1780 in Hardwick, Massachusetts. Moses was 22 years old and Priscilla was 23. In the 1790 U.S. Census, page 491, the family lived in Rochester, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. There was one free white male, 16 years old or older, and two free white females. This Census also lists a Timothy Haskell and a John Haskell living in Rochester. Priscilla passed away in 1801 at the age of 45. She is buried in the Methodist Cemetery, Hebron, Washington County, Massachusetts. Nine months after her death, Moses married Susannah Fuller Palmer in Granville, Washington County, New York.
