Biography

Donald was known as "Bucket" in high school because he could eat a bucket of chicken at a sitting. He worked as a geological driller in Texas until he died at the young age of 46 from renal cell carcinoma. A big man, as all of his brothers are, he enjoyed dancing, drinking, swapping jokes and telling tall tales. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, and his family.

When Don was a baby he had the sweetest smile that looked very much like the smile on a Kewpie doll's face. So about everyone called him "Kewpie Pie." That got shortened as he got older and he was called "Pie." After all, somehow or the other a man six-foot-four inches tall who weighs in around two hundred and fifty pounds doesn't seem to be much of a "Kewpie Pie!"
