Biography

Allison Rachael (sometimes Alison Rachel) Hinson was the second known child of Arthur Hinson and Emily (Masters) Hinson.^[1][2]

Birth

She was born 22 March 1899 at Lillington, Warwickshire, England and was baptised 4 June 1899 at the Parish Church of Lillington.^[1][3]

Marriage

Alison Rachael Hinson and George Charles Cooke were married 27 June 1929 at the Roman Catholic Church of St Peter, Leicester, Leicestershire, England.^[4] The marriage was registered in the registration district of Lutterworth (Leicestershire), England.^[5] He died in 1959.^[6]

Research Notes

• Place of death: Findagrave asserts Bitteswell although that detail does not appear on the gravestone. Newspaper and Probate confirm that Bitteswell was her residence, but death was registered in the district of Rugby suggesting she may have not have died at home.^[12]
• Findagrave database asserts death 21 Jan 1985 age 85, but image of gravestone clearly show 1986 age 86. The latter confirmed by probate and death registration.
