She married Boney Winkler April 4, 1948 in Seminole. She loved to cook, garden, spoil her grandkids, animals and to work beside her husband and her girls, Carla and Nan, on the ranch. They ranched in the Kalgary community, raising bucking bulls, exotic animals, longhorn cattle and Ankole Watusi cattle. She was a very loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and daughter. She especially enjoyed her grandkids, anytime she got a chance to have them around, was a special time for her. Anyone who knew the Winklers, knew that when they dropped by the house they would be welcomed and well fed.
