Daniel was born in 1801 in All Cannings, Wiltshire, England. He was the son of Jeffrey Hiscock and Dorothy Tucker.

Daniel was baptised on 1 May 1801 in All Cannings, Wiltshire, England.[1]

On 11 November 1824 Daniel married Sarah Ann Maslen in All Cannings, Wiltshire, England.[2]

The 1851 England and Wales Census shows the couple and six children living in Tunfurlong Lane, All Cannings, Wiltshire, England.[3] Daniel was about 49 years old and was working as an Agricultural Labourer.

The 1861 England and Wales Census shows the couple and two children living in Tunfurlong Lane, All Cannings, Wiltshire, England.[4] Daniel was about 59 years old and was working as a Thatcher.

The 1871 England and Wales Census shows the couple and son Jacob living in All Cannings, Wiltshire, England.[5] Daniel was about 69 years old and was working as an Agricultural Labourer.

Daniel passed away in 1878 in All Cannings, Wiltshire, England; his death was registered in Devizes, Wiltshire, England [6]

Hiscock-1190 and Hiscock-427 appear to represent the same person because: They are identical in almost all particulars, save the death place which may be the difference between registration district (Devizes) and actual place (All Cannings) within the r.d. Spouses will also need to be merged. Children and parents don’t overlap as there are different children in each and not parents for one profile.
