Biography

Jane "Jincy" Hise was born in 1792 in Tennessee, USA to Jacob William Hise Sr (1752-1820) and Jenny "Jincy" Seaton ( - 1846). ^[1] Note: I have found her name listed as Jane Jincy and Jincy Jane. I am not sure if Jincy was a nickname or middle name. Therefore I show it as a middle name. She had at least six brothers & sisters:

1. James Hise, b. 1776, d. Est. 1777-1866.

2. Jacob Hise, b. 1779, d. Est. 1780-1869.

3. Sarah Hise, b. 1786, Prob. NC, d. Est. 1804-1880.

4. Betsy Hise, b. Abt. 1789, d. Est. 1790-1883.

5. Henry Hise, b. 1797, d. Est. 1798-1887.

6. Lavina Hise, b. Est. 1773-1802, d. Est. 1778-1883.

Jincy passed away about 1872 in Shotwell, Franklin, Missouri, USA. (Some have Maries Co., MO) I have found no definitive death information.
