Sarah was born May 10, 1812 Davidson County, Tennessee to Thomas Hughes and Nancy Agnes Scott.[1] On January 3rd, 1825, she married Thomas Williams Thorn in Madison County, Alabama.[2][3] Sarah passed away on May 11th, 1887. She rests in Old Burleson Cemetery in Vina, Alabama where her husband Thomas also lies.[4][5]
