Biography

Bootlegger, Farmer, Hunter, Fisherman, Van Alstyne Legend

He married Ruth Crocker on May 5, 1930 in Bryan County, Oklahoma.[1]

Born to this union were six children: Charles[2], Bobby Wayne[3], Marilyn[4], James Dale[5], Kathy[6], and Carol.[7]

Kit passed away from complications of Alzheimer's Disease on April 4, 1984 in Van Alstyne, Grayson County, Texas.[8][9][10]

Kit is buried at the Van Alstyne Cemetery in Van Alstyne, Grayson County, Texas, beside his wife (Ruth), daughter (Marilyn) son (James Dale) granddaughter (Angela) and son-in-law (Charles Marks).[11]
