Biography

Eva May Hoag was born in Linn County, Kansas in 1892 to parents Cassius Hoag and his wife Edith. They are seen in the 1900 census^[1]

She married Ernest T. Croan on 24 Sep 1913 in Blue Mound, Linn, Kansas^[2]

In the 1920 census^[3], shows Eva and Ernest living in Stanton Township, Linn, Kansas with their five-year-old daugter, Juanita. On the census page, it looks like J A N N I T A or J A U N I T A. It was transcribed as Jaunita, but my sense for now is that it was meant to say Juanita. Ernest is a grain farmer.
