William Deane Hoare was born on 31 October 1773 in Limerick, Limerick. He was the son of Deane Hoare and Susannah Ingram.
He was educated by Mr Jones and entered Trinity College Dublin on 9 November 1789, aged 17. B.A. 1794, M.A. 1808. [1]
He was minister of St. George's and Vicar General of the diocese of Limerick.
William married Louisa Guinness in August 1804. They had one child during their marriage.

He was killed in a carriage accident.
