William Deane Hoare was born on 31 October 1773 in Limerick, Limerick. He was the son of Deane Hoare and Susannah Ingram.

He was educated by Mr Jones and entered Trinity College Dublin on 9 November 1789, aged 17. B.A. 1794, M.A. 1808. [1]

He was minister of St. George's and Vicar General of the diocese of Limerick.

William married Louisa Guinness in August 1804. They had one child during their marriage.

Wednesday, the Rev. D. Hoare, of Limerick, to Miss Louisa Guinness, daughter of the late Arthur Guinness, of Dublin, esq.

He died on 18 October 1823 in his hometown at the age of 49.

He was killed in a carriage accident.

Long Death Notice - 29 October 1823, Saunders's News-Letter, Dublin

...About three or four miles from town, some accident happened which frighted the horse, and in his rapid course the vehicle was upset and broken, in which Mr, Hoare was found entangled. He languished until seven o clock Saturday morning.
