John Hobart Bt was a member of aristocracy in England.

Sir John Hobart, 3rd Bt. (bpt. 20 March 1627/28-22 Aug 1683) was the son of Sir Miles Hobart and Frances Peyton. He m.(1) Philippa Hobart, daughter of Sir John Hobart, 2nd Bt. and Lady Frances Egerton and (2) Mary Hampden, daughter of John Hampden and Elizabeth Simeon, in June 1656 at St. Gile's-in-the-Fields Church, London, England.

He succeeded his uncle Sir John Hobart 2nd Bt as 3rd Baronet Hobart, of Intwood, Norfolk [E., 1611] on 20 April 1647. He was MP for Norfolk 1654-1658, 1673, 1678-9 and 1681. He was Sheriff of Norfolk 1665/6. 1673.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norfolk from 1678 to 1679. He lived at Blickling Hall, Norfolk, England. On 11 Dec 1657 he was made a member of Cromwell's 'other house'.
