Biography
Rebecca was the daughter of Simeon and Hannah (McKinney) Hobbs of Jackson County, Kentucky, and the sister of Leonard, Robert, Herbert, Cloyd. Although her tombstone says her birthday is Dec. 2, 1918, her birth record lists it as Dec. 2, 1920. This 1920 date is more likely, since her brother, Robert, was born in July, 1917. She was probably married to Ackman Harrison, who is buried near her in the same cemetery with an identical tombstone.
