Biography

Frank was born in 1874 to parents Soloman Josiah Hobbs and Mary Alice Cooley. He married Emma Lillian Ham in 1895. Their marriage was blessed with eight children. He passed away in 1941 and was laid to rest at Brown Cemetery in Chambersburg, Pike County, Illinois.
