Emiline was born about 1820 in Tennessee. Emiline married William Hamilton also in Tennessee. [1]
The 1850 census of Lincoln County, Tennessee shows William and Emmaline Hamilton with five children from two to seven years old. [2]
In 1860 William Hamilton and family are still in Lincoln County, Tennessee. The last name is misspelled Hamiton and Emmaline is misspelled as Caroline. There are nine children ranging in age from one to seventeen years old. This is the last census where Emmaline appears but she has three more children in 1861 and 1863.[3]
She passed away in 1868 in Tennessee before her husband took their children and moved to Texas.
