Drusilla was born in 1876 at Wellington to Lucy Mary Ann August and Christopher Hobbs.

At age 19, Drusilla married to Herbert Smallman Clemens.

They had 3 children in their marriage, Clifford, Roy and Herbert.

In 1912, Drusilla became ill and after just 5 weeks she passed away. She was 36 years old.

Drusilla Clemens is buried at Picton Cemetery. LAWN BLK 20 PLOT 3.[1]

From Clemens Family Archives.
When married Drusilla was a home person and 18, Herbert 23 a laborer. Their residences were both given as Horokiwi Road. Herbert's Father noted as a Sheepfarmer. Witnesses at the marriage were Christopher Hobbs (father) & Clara Hobbs (sister) of Horokiwi Road.
