Peck-1946 and Bridgers-181 appear to represent the same person because: they share similar vital statistics and the same daughter, Sarah Hobby. The difference in surnames needs to be rectified.

Hobby-96 and Bridges-602 appear to represent the same person because: I believe these 2 records for Jemima Hobby to be the same person. My direct ancestor William Bridgers, son of Joseph (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Bridgers-170) and Mary Bridgers and father of Drury/Drewry Bridges (b 1765), married a widow Jemima Hobby in 1764 whose husband Jacob had died 6 years prior. Jemima was 1st cousin of William's father, Joseph. Joseph's father William Bridgers was the brother of Jemima's father Benjamin Bridgers. Merging these 2 records and moving William (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Bridgers-16) under Joseph instead of Benjamin will make this all work.

Please review and let me know if you agree or have any questions.

Thanks, Ryan

I would like to know if anyone has any knowledge about whether or not Jemima HOBBY could be related to the HOBDAY family of Colonial Virginia?
