Sarah Amelia Hoben was born 25 Nov 1833, the daughter of Reuben Hoben and Rebecca Hume of Sheffield, New Brunswick[1][2]
On 13 Oct 1850, she married James Robert Currie, the son of David Currie and Dolly Estey of Gagetown, New Brunswick[1][3], and their children included [4][5]:
Rebeca Eliza, born July 24, 1854[4][5], who died in 1922, unmarried[6]
Samuel, or Lemuel, born circa 1757[4], who died in 1912[7][8]
Helen Maud, born circa 1759[4][5], who married Robert F Davis[9]
Sarah Victoria, born circa 1761[4], who married Thomas Henry Gilbert[10]
Sarah Amelia (Hoben) Currey died February 9, 1920[2], and is buried in the Upper Gagetown Baptist Cemetery along with his wife[3]
