6204, Rebecca Hochstetler, 4th generation of the family of Jacob, daughter of Daniel 5758, Summit Mills, Pennsylvania, at death, is not named in her father's will, as she and all her fam., including her husband, had died of consumption when the will was written. Her place in the fam. is determined by her marriage. This record appears in a hymn book, now in possession of Samuel Hochstedler, Kalona, Iowa. She m. Dec. 25, 1832, Samuel Meyers, son of Christian Meyers.

Amos, Feb. 18, 1833— Jan. 10, 1834;
Mary, Oct. 10, 1834— deceased.^[1]

Note:

Father mentioned above was Daniel Hochstetler, who died of consumption. His will was offered for probate Oct. 4, 1844. and his Date of death 14 Sep 1845.^[2]
