Jones, Beckie Mae (Hodges)
Jones, Beckie Mae (Hodges) Jones, 88, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend to so many, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at the Life Care Center in Hilliard, Florida. Beckie was bron Febraury 5, 1917 in St. George, Georgia and resided in Folkston for the past 22 years. She is survived by four devoted sons, Delaner G. (Ceil) Robinson of Orange Park, FL, Casey J. (Kitty) Jones of Jacksonville, FL, David J. Jones of Jacksonville, FL, Danny (Diane) Jones of Biloxi, MS; one deceased, but never forgotten son, Sidney Ray Robinson; two loving brothers Douglas J. (Doris Evelyn) Hodges of HIlliard, FL, Frennie W. (Nancy) Hodges of Hilliard, FL; one deceased brother, Freddie Hodges, always remembered.
Funeral services will be Saturday, February 19, 2005, 11:00 am., at Shephard Funeral Home Chapel with Revererend Lamar Lee officiating services. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery in Folkston, Georgia. The family will receive friends Friday, February 18, 2005 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Shephard Funeral Home.
