Biography
Jonathan Hodgson was born 6 Feb 1800 in Guilford County, North Carolina, the son of Hur Hodgson and Achsah Dillon.
He married Rebecca Hodgson (1810–1840 6 September1827, daughter of Amos Hodgson and May Bennett in Ohio.They had at least four children:
- Jehu (1828–1864)
- Zimri (1829–1902)
- Jane (1831-1899)
- Mary (1834-1873)
- Lewis (1835–1845)
- Sarah (1838–1840)
He died 6 Jan 1842 in Dover, Tuscarawas, Ohio.
