Alice was born to Oscar Philip Hoffman (1834-1914) and Annis Bendict Cheadle (1843-1931)
She married Louis Ottaway Linville on 15 Jan 1896 in Franklin County, OH.
In 1920 the Linville family lived at 244 North Ogden Ave., Columbus, OH. Louis was 59, Alice 43, Hazel 22, and Raymond 19.
Per the 1940 census, Louis 70, and Alice 63 lived at 325 Eldon Ave., Columbus, OH.
