Biography

Ralph W Hoffman was born 12 August 1888 in Eaton, Ohio.[1]

RESEARCH NOTE: Birth record states 12 August 1888; later records show 1 August 1888.

He married(1) Mary Creighton 21 December 1913 in Franklin Co., Ohio.[4]They were divorced prior to June 1927.

He registered for World War I in Columbus, Ohio in June 1917.[5]
