David Hoge was born 21 Mar 1759, in Loudoun County, Virginia. He was the son of Solomon Hoge Ann Rollings. David married Ruth Gregg 27 Apr 1786, in Goose Creek, Loudoun County, Virginia. David Hoge passed away 23 Nov 1840, Belmont, Belmont County, Ohio.[1][2][3]
