Biography

Samuel was born in 1805. He was the son of Joshua Hoge and Mary Pool. He married Matilda Holderman in 1839. Their marriage was blessed with eleven children. He passed away in 1881 and was laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Morris, Grundy County, Illinois.
