Biography
William or Willieam Hogg was born on the 9th of November, 1766 and baptised at Selkirk on 23 Dec 1766.[1] He was the son of Thomas Hogg and Betty Murray.
He married Jannet Lees at Selkirk on the 5th of April, 1799.[2]
