Biography

Edith married Aubrey Noland around 1802. Aubrey appears in the 1800 census living alone and in the 1810 census with a family. In the 1810 census the female in the 16-25 age range would be Edith.

Aubrey's will is dated 4 January 1812 and recorded on 5 September 1814. In the will he names his wife "Eda", sons Thomas and George Stoutten, and daughter Becky. His executors were "Eda" and father-in-law Maj. Lewis "Hog."
