Mary Janette was born 22 Jan 1874 in Prince Edward Island, Canada. [1][2] Her family lived in Kelvin Grove, Prince, Prince Edward Island. [3] Mary Hogg married a widower, Edward Simmons from Lot 16 on 20 November 1923. [4]
"There passed away on Tuesday at noon, Mrs. Edward Simmons of Lot. 16 after a long illness lasting almost two years. Mrs. Simmons was of a retiring disposition, but had many friends who loved her for her many good qualities. She was a native of Kelvin and was the daughter of the late John Hogg. Many friends at Kelvin will regret to hear of her passing. There are left to mourn her husband and her brother John A. Hogg, Kelvin. [5][6]
