WINDSCHUTTEL v WINDSCHUTTEL.
The petitioner in this suit, Herman Windschuttel, sued for a divorce from Lillian Ellen Windschuttel (formerly Hokin), charging adultery with one, Ernest Thomas Catley, who was joined as co-respondent. Petitioner and respondent were married at the New Unitarian Church, Sydney, in August, 1903. Mr. Maddocks Cohen represented the petitioner, and Mr. W. J. Sheppard (instructed by Messrs. Robson and Cowlishaw) appeared for the respondent.
