Welcome to wikitree, Betty! Poor Nancy Bowers has been a brick wall of mine for years! I would love to work with someone see if we can find her parents finally after all these years. I can add you to the trusted list for her, if you like, otherwise, through which of the kids do you connect?
Our vision is to build a collaborative tree with one profile per person. The farther back you go, it's likely you will find duplicate profiles to link into, so it's a good idea to do a search before you create a new profile.
Do you have Royal Ancestors? If so, they are already here! Please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their already existing profiles.
WikiTree strives to be a fun, collaborative, productive site. It's also different than what many people are used to. Please take advantage of the Help Menu in the upper right hand corner, our G2G Forum and of course, our Mentors :)
We hope you will like our collaborative genealogy community. You now have full access to all the features of WikiTree.
If you need any help getting started, make sure to read How to use WikiTree for Yourself.
We do emphasize entering Sources at WikiTree as well as dates and locations as you build your family tree here.
Thank you and if you have any questions , please feel free to ask .
