Property Jan 1845 • Missouri Hall was the original owner of the land, and sold it in January, 1845, to James Pool for $300. At the time of the purchase, Pool and his wife said they wanted to buy it for her and her children.

Property July 1845 • Missouri (Per above) Hall executed his bond in Jan, 1845, to James Brown, (Mrs. Pool's brother,) for the title,...for Mrs. Pool, ... Afterwards, in July, 1845, deed was executed to James Brown held for Phebe.

Death BEF 1850 • Missouri She was alive in 1845 during various legal transactions, but had passed away before 1850.
