Cynthia Holcombe was the daughter of Eli Holcombe and Hannah Crofut. She was a third great-granddaughter of Thomas Holcombe, the immigrant and Founder of Ancient Windsor. Eli migrated to Cash Creek in Ulster, Bradford County, PA in 1793.
