The 1900 United States census records: Augusta (60) is living in Beat 4, Lee, Mississippi. Augusta is living with her daughter, Johnnie C Kincannon (29) and her husband, John C (37) and their children Corinne (12), Rozzie (8), Jim C (7), Katie (5), and William O (1). [2]

The 1910 United States census records: Augusta Holden (70) with daughter Annie H (38) and her husband James C Kincannon (48) are living in Tupelo, Mississippi. James is a salesman. His children are Coriame (22), Rosalie (18), James C Jr (17), Kate (14), Oliver (11), Annie M (8), Holden (6), Augusta (3), and Hugh (1). [3]
