Julia lived her last few years with her brother William Holden and her daughter Adele in Leominster, MA. She has a headstone at East Clarendon Cemetery, East Clarendon, Rutland, Vermont, USA, but it does not contain her death date and there is a possibility that she is not buried there. Her brother William also has a headstone there, but is buried at Evergreen Cemetery in MA.
